Paul Mongeau and their wedding ceremony took place in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 28th that year. InTouch revealed that the couple had failed to obtain a marriage certificate prior the wedding ceremony and that the ceremony officiant didn't have an Nevada state license. The marriage became unenforceable as it was. In the five months following their married, Paul and Mongeau split apart. Paul now has Julia Rose as a girlfriend. The couple split up for a time before coming back together again during March. Tana claims that Jake, who has lived two hours away from her for the past five months following their wedding, is training for a fight. Tana said "Jake is in a different life situation as I was the first time I fell in love with his love. I'm sure he no longer has time for me any more." Tana Mongeau opened up about her previous relationship that she had with Bella Thorne and Mod Sun, which lasted from 2017 until 2019.
